Meet Kite and Connect

The idea is simple: kitesurfing, community, and unforgettable experiences

The story

Kite & Connect was created with one simple purpose: to bring people together through kitesurfing camps.

We know how meaningful it is to share experiences – and how hard it can feel to book a trip when you don’t have someone to travel with. That’s why our camps are designed not just for kitesurfing, but for connection.

There’s something special about kitesurfing. It has a way of breaking barriers. One moment you’re figuring out the wind, the next you’re laughing with someone you just met. The sessions may end on the water, but the connection continues on the beach, over drinks, and into lasting friendships.

Our trips are about more than improving your skills or trying kitesurfing for the first time. They’re about finding your tribe, exploring new horizons, and coming home with memories that last long after the journey ends.

Our mission

Our mission is simple: to create unforgettable adventures where travel, kitesurfing, and friendship meet.

We believe the best journeys are shared – and that’s why our trips are built on more than just wind and waves. They’re built on people.

Our values:

  • Connection – barefoot dinners on the beach, laughter after kite sessions, and friendships that grow naturally.
  • Adventure – whether it’s your very first kite lesson, a scuba dive, or exploring Zanzibar’s spice farms, there’s always something new to try.
  • Simplicity – we take care of the details, so you can focus on the experience.
  • Balance – action when you want it, peace when you need it.

Kite & Connect is more than just a kite camp. It’s a community – for those who want to ride the wind, explore the world, and never feel like they’re traveling alone.

Meet the team

Meet Sophus Rossen

Meet Morten Hedegaard

My name is Morten, I’m a psychologist and I have my own private practice in Copenhagen, but every time I have the chance I’m out on the water chasing the wind. If there is one thing I can’t get enough of, it’s kitesurfing. Not only because I love the sport itself, but because of the community that comes with it. On the beach, there’s always someone to talk to, and some of my best memories come from kitesurfing trips shared with others.

I started Kite & Connect to help more people experience what kitesurfing has given me: adventure, friendship, and a sense of belonging. My hope is that you return from our camps not only with new skills and great memories, but also with a community – people you can share the wind and the water with long after the trip ends.
